Super Calculator is a free online calculator. We built it so that your calculations stay on your device. This page explains, in plain words, what data exists, where it goes and what choices you have.

The short version

• There are no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Everything you type is calculated in your browser and saved only in your browser's storage. It is never sent to our servers.
• The site shows ads to cover its costs. Ad providers may use cookies, as described below.
• We do not sell personal data and we do not use analytics trackers.

Your sheets and settings

Your sheets, their names, and settings such as language, theme, number format and decimals are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They stay there until you delete them, clear your browser data, or use the app's own Clear and Delete actions. You can download a backup of all sheets from the Export menu and restore it later. Because the data never leaves your device, we cannot see it and cannot recover it for you.

To work offline, the site stores its own files (pages, scripts, icons) in your browser's cache. This cache contains no personal data.

Share links

When you use Share, the content of the sheet is packed into the link itself, after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of a link to any server, so the sheet travels only to the people you send the link to. Anyone who has the link can read the sheet, so share it with care.

Services the site connects to

Opening the site makes your browser contact a few services. Like any website, they receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it. It processes request data to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse.
• cdnjs (also run by Cloudflare) delivers the open-source math library the calculator uses.
• Google Fonts delivers the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Exchange rates, only when you ask. The "Insert today's rates" button downloads a public file of exchange rates from open.er-api.com, or from jsDelivr if that fails. It runs only when you click it, and no part of your sheet is sent.

Advertising and cookies

Super Calculator shows a single, clearly labeled ad to pay for hosting and development. The ad is never placed over your calculations and never opens pop-ups.

Ads may be provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, to measure them, and, where allowed, to personalise them based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

If you block ads, the calculator keeps working exactly the same.

Children

The site is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

• Delete your sheets in the app, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser, or turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.
• Do not use the exchange-rate button if you prefer the site to make no extra requests.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
